Folk dancing with Agapó

Agapó is an international dance group, encompassing two recreational groups at beginners and advanced level, and a performance group. Beautiful authentic costumes are used for all performances.

Our teacher Job is very experienced in teaching dances from all over the world, such as Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Turkey, Japan, Mexico, etc.

Agapó is Greek for favorite pastime or love.
Agapó has been active since 1983, which means that we will have a party soon.

Several times a year we organize some extra activities: e.g. a folkdance workshop, supervised by a region specialist.

Every year, at the beginning of January, a live band which has specialised in accompanying life folk dancing, comes to play at our New Years Ball, to which we invite dancers from the whole Twente region.
